Meet Sheniqua Proctor, Executive Director, with 25 Years of healthcare experience. Sheniqua has a special passion for serving our elderly community. Inspired by the joy of helping others, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming community where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for like family. As Executive Director, Sheniqua is committed to compassionate care, meaningful relationships, and an environment that supports residents and their loved ones. Bringing a smile to a resident’s face and making a positive difference in their day are among the most rewarding parts of her work. Sheniqua holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and has a background as a certified phlebotomist, pharmacy technician, and many other certifications in healthcare. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children. A passion for healthcare and a heart for our elderly community.

Hello, I am Sheniqua Howard. I am the Business Office Coordinator at Snow Hill Memory Care. I was promoted from PCA to BOC within a year of working. Although with is my first healthcare job, I love working with residents and helping families. I love coming to work to see the smiles on all the residents’ faces. I have an associate degree in criminal justice and will soon be working on my Bachelors. Outside of work, I am a sports mom. I have a 9 your old who plays basketball and a 7-year-old who plays tackle football.

A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Quandra Adams brings passion, experience, and dedication to her role as Resident Care Coordinator. With 13 years of healthcare experience, she has devoted her career to serving seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping ensure they receive compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Outside of work, Quandra enjoys tending to her growing collection of plants and staying active on the pickleball court. A fun fact about Quandra is that she once won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket which she purchased because it was #17 in the roll- her lucky number.

She is passionate about preparing meals for residents and believes great cooking comes from putting care and love into every dish. Tashea looks forward to coming to work each day and takes pride in creating enjoyable dining experiences for the residents she serves. Seeing residents enjoy their meals and share positive feedback is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Outside of work, Tashea enjoys cooking and cleaning at home, reflecting the same dedication and care that she brings to her role every day.
